To Members of our Network,

HMI continued its strong momentum during the second quarter, achieving 24% year-over-year growth in emergency tree removal claim volume. Even more noteworthy, this growth occurred without a major nationwide catastrophe event or the addition of a large carrier program, demonstrating increasing market share and continued confidence from our existing clients. Our results can be directly traced to increasing market share with existing clients, a clear indicator of customer satisfaction with the HMI program. We should anticipate sustained growth as there are several new, large carriers joining the program over the next 30–60 days, which should drive our growth rate even higher.

The new technology platform continues to deliver on its potential to scale alongside HMI's program growth. Roughly 85% of all new tree removal referrals are now being accepted through the automated rotation system. Member feedback has been invaluable in identifying opportunities for refinement, and we continue to improve the platform each week. In the coming weeks, I will send a follow-up email outlining what has worked well and where we are continuing to fine-tune the system.

We will be announcing Q2's top-performing Authorized Members within the next 30 days. Our team is still finalizing last quarter's closing rate results as we continue integrating the new RMS platform. Stay tuned for the results. I do feel it's important to thank every member of our Network. Your support for, and dedication to, the HMI program throughout the year has been outstanding. It is rewarding to all of us at HMI to see so many companies in our Network succeeding with the program.

Our consulting division continues to experience significant growth as insurers increasingly rely on HMI and our Authorized Member Network to establish fair, defensible, and consistent pricing for professional tree care companies. We value our partnership with Members in promoting transparent pricing and consistency. Your commitment to this ideology supports long-term sustainability for tree care companies invested in professional standards and customer service.

It has certainly been an active year for the consulting team, with significant assignments including a 27-property freeze event in the South and an 82-property wildfire loss in California. These assignments demonstrate HMI's expanding role in complex insurance losses requiring multidisciplinary expertise in arboriculture, horticulture, irrigation systems, landscape restoration, and long-term vegetation recovery.

This trajectory represents a real opportunity for members to grow their businesses. As HMI continues expanding throughout the insurance industry, we are actively seeking outstanding companies to join our Authorized Member Network. If you know a professional contractor who shares HMI's commitment to quality and customer service, please contact *********@**********ge.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Gretchen Piechottka.

Thank you for your continued support of the HMI partnership and our clients. Stay safe!
