This report is produced following a visual inspection and inventory of the most important trees and shrubs on a property - large trees (5” trunk diameter or greater or 15’ or taller) that could damage the home or primary structure if they fell or lost limbs. It also covers all large trees and shrubs planted within 15’ of the driveway.
