treeShield® Open Enrollment Program
The treeShield® Open Enrollment program enables a client to be automatically approved under the treeShield® Warranty for a one (1) year period without the customary up-front inspection. For a client to qualify for the Open Enrollment program your company must have been providing routine maintenance on their trees for at least three (3) years. Also the trees must have been inspected by an arborist within the twelve (12) month period preceding the date the client’s property is submitted to HMI under the Open Enrollment program (Submittal Date). A full inspection and inventory must be uploaded within ninety (90) days of the Submittal Date or the Warranty will be void. Any properties that are rejected following the inspection will still be eligible under the Warranty until the expiration date of the Warranty’s initial twelve (12) month term. To qualify for renewal the out-of-compliant conditions will need to be corrected. Please contact your insurance carrier, if any, to confirm coverage for properties approved by HMI under the Open Enrollment program.
